B2B Sales Representative - New Port Richey
We're looking specifically for former athletes to join our growing B2B sales team.
College-level athletic experience or higher is preferred. If you've competed at a high level, you already understand what it takes to perform under pressure, push through adversity, and hold yourself to a standard most people won't. That's exactly the profile we're looking for.
We've posted four straight years of double-digit growth in new sales, and as we continue expanding in 2025, we're adding culturally aligned people who are hungry for a new challenge.

THE ROLE
This is outside B2B field sales. You'll be out meeting with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face every day. No office, no cubicle. Your schedule is yours to manage, and your results are a direct reflection of the effort and discipline you bring.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
First-year on-target earnings typically range from $80,000 to $120,000, with top performers earning significantly more. Compensation is structured to reward effort and results directly.
Beyond base earnings, you'll have access to lifetime-vested renewals with vesting beginning at two years, quarterly and annual bonuses, three to four domestic and international incentive trips per year, and a clear path to leadership based entirely on performance.
