Southeastern Insurance Group is expanding in Florida and seeking motivated, high-performing B2B Sales Professionals to join our growing team. This is a field sales role with a tremendous financial opportunity, residual income, and a clear path to leadership and management.

We specialize in supplemental benefits for small and midsized businesses, offering a unique program where clients receive a 100% refund of excess premiums--a major differentiator in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily in-person B2B sales visits with small and medium-sized businesses
  • Meet with business owners, HR managers, and key decision makers
  • Present supplemental insurance and employee benefits solutions in group and 1:1 settings
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Develop a referral-driven book of business
  • Manage your pipeline using our proprietary CRM system
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of high performance in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • No prior insurance experience required -- we provide full training
